swyftpay charges a transaction fee on each payment completed. Typically we match the standard rate of the operating Payment Processor you select or engage. There are no other costs, charges, subscription or setup fees or any other hidden costs. Your selected Payment Processor is the 'Account of Record' and your funds are instantly transferred to YOUR account - no escrow step required.
Payouts are processed according to your Payment Processor (Stripe/Paypal etc) account payout schedule and settings — typically T+2 business days - please check with your Payment Processor for full details.
swyftpay accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay and other major settlement services and where your Payment Processor account supports them.
Go to your Dashboard → Branding for the full range of options and customisations. Changes take effect within 1 minute across your storefront and/or services.
As you are the 'Account of Record' all disputes are handled directly through your Payment Processor and the options that they provide.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — via your connected payment processor. Stripe is supported today; PayPal and Revolut support is coming soon!
Your Funds settle directly to your Payment Processor account on your set schedule. For Stripe this is typically T+2 business days. Your funds are always transferred instantly to your Processor account for settlement - we never escrow your funds.
Your details are always encrypted by your Payment Processor and are never exposed or revealed. swyftpay does not sees or store payment details or numbers/id's. Data security & integrity is paramount keeps you in PCI SAQ A scope.
Refunds and all of your associated account matters are managed from your own Payment Processor dashboard (for example, Stripe) - swyftpay has no access/control over your account other than to facilitate the successful transfer of your payment transactions to your account. swyftpay displays the original transaction reference next to each charge for easy matching.
You are the 'Merchant of Record'. The entire transactions and customer and payment data are delivered to your account along with you funds. Disputes and all other matters flow through your Payment Processor's own dashboard keeping you in complete control of all of your transactions.
